A fake vape is not just a waste of money. Counterfeit devices can have unsafe batteries and liquid nobody has tested. This page explains how we keep fakes out of our stock and how you can check any order yourself.
What we promise
Every product sold on Smart Vapes Dubai is a genuine item from the brand named on the listing. If you receive something that turns out not to be, we replace it or refund you in full.
How stock reaches you
- We buy from suppliers we have vetted and keep buying from the ones whose batches check out.
- Each delivery from a supplier is opened and inspected before anything goes on sale: seals, print quality, labels, batch details and any brand verification code.
- Stock is stored indoors and away from heat, because heat damages e-liquid and batteries long before the expiry date.
- Anything with a damaged seal, odd smell or mismatched label is pulled and never listed.
How to check your order yourself
- Seal. The outer film or sticker should be intact and sit flat.
- Print. Logos should be sharp, spelling correct, colours even. Blurry text or off-colour logos are the first warning sign.
- Code. Many brands print a batch number, QR code or scratch code. Check it on the brand's own website, typed into your browser, rather than a link printed on a loose sticker.
- Details match. The flavour name, puff count and nicotine strength on the product should match what you ordered.
- Smell and taste. A harsh chemical smell, burnt taste on the first puff, or liquid leaking out of a sealed unit means stop using it and contact us.
Warning signs of a fake
- A price far below every other UAE seller
- No batch code, or the same code on every unit
- Missing health warning or nicotine label
- Packaging that looks reprinted or has typing mistakes
If something looks wrong
Stop using it and keep the packaging. Message us with your order number and clear photos of the product, the box and any code. Do it within 48 hours of delivery if you can. We check it, and if it is not genuine or not as described we send a replacement or refund you. Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours, as set out in our refund policy.
What this guarantee does not cover
- Products bought from other sellers
- Taste preference, such as a flavour you find too sweet
- Damage that happens after delivery, which falls under the warranty
