Smart Vapes Dubai delivers to all seven emirates. This page covers what delivery costs, how long it usually takes, and what happens when the courier reaches your door.

These are working estimates, not fixed promises. Public holidays, heavy traffic, weather and unclear addresses can add time.
Give us an address a driver can find
Add the building or villa name, flat or villa number, area, a nearby landmark and a mobile number that is switched on. Most late deliveries come from a missing landmark or a phone that goes to voicemail. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
At your door: the age check
Everything we sell contains nicotine or is made for use with nicotine, so every parcel is handed over in person to an adult. The courier will ask to see a valid Emirates ID or passport. If the person at the door is under 18, or cannot show ID, the parcel goes back to us and the order is cancelled. Read more on the age verification page.
If you are not home
The courier calls the number on your order. If there is no answer, they try again after a short wait. After two failed attempts, we contact you on WhatsApp or by email to agree a new time. A parcel is never left outside a door or with a neighbour.
Check the parcel before you accept it
Look at the outer box and the seals on the product packaging while the courier is still with you. If a box is crushed, torn or already open, say so on the spot, take a photo, and message us the same day with your order number. We will replace the item or refund you, and a refund is processed within 24 hours of approval (see the refund policy).
Changing or cancelling an order
Message us as soon as you can. Once your order is with the courier we cannot change the address or items, but you can still refuse it at the door if the age check or the parcel check fails.
Where we deliver
UAE addresses only. We do not ship abroad, and we do not sell for resale or export.
